Power Armor

My perfect game would be brutal third-person shooter/hack'n'slash. You would play as this completely insane MOFO, literally a killing-machine made flesh. You would wield a huge arsenal of psychotic weapons like chainsaw-swords, buzzsaw-crossbows, stop signs, miniguns, spear guns and grotesque mutats that grow on your arm and spit out all sorts of pain. You would carve your way through zombies, mutants and tax-collectors on a war torn planet just as an aggresive alien species decides to call that place home. At least that's the game I imagined when I first saw this pic years ago. Been searching for it ever since.
